Cooking: Seafood Chowder


I was in the supermarket today and they were selling cartons of fresh shellfish at half price, so I picked up two to make some chowder with. With no idea where to begin, I had a look on the internet. I found a nice, simple recipe on My Sister's Kitchen that didn't require a bajilion obscure ingredients to make. I think I put in a bit too much flour, but it was really nice all the same. Oh, and I pretty sure 1c = 1 cup, in case you're similarly befuddled by it.
